AVT-E

Facts:

     -   26 pcs. of toothbrushes per minute, independent on the number of tufts in the brush

     -   Optimum in endrounding of the filament ends

     -   Every tuft can have another profile concerning diameter, length, texture and colour of the

         filaments

     -   Operation with 5 different types of filaments at the same time

     -   Filament tufts are directly positioned into the plastic head platelet by vacuum technique

( intricate hole pattern plates are not necessary )

     -   Unsurpassed filament retention force

     -   The extraction of individual filaments is not feasible

     -   The toothbrush heads are fused together with the handle of the electro-brush by ultra-sonic
         on-line on the machine AVT-E

  • The complete electro-toothbrush is ejected from the machine

     -   Suitable for direct recycling ( environmental friendly) as there are no metallic material

     -   Compact production machine, i.e. small space requirements

     -   small number of wear and tear elements, i.e. the costs for replacement parts (spare parts)

         are neglectable

     -   Filament savings 20 - 30 % ( no cutting, no grinding )

FRM

FRM

Facts:

  - Exactly trimmed pieces of filaments pucks, cut within a length tolerance of +/- 0.15 mm

  - Excellent endrounding results for all known filament materials, shapes and textures

  - SPS contriol system, including freely programmable filament puck length and grinding

    time for endrounding

  - 3 pucks per minute; suitable to serve 2 to 3 AVT-S12 machines

  - Small number of wear and tear parts, i.e. the costs for replacement parts (spare parts) are

    neglectable

  - Compact machine, i.e. small space requirements

Automation Devices

The core machines AVT-S12 and FRM in their standard versions are already equipped with automation features, like automated feeding of the brush head plastic plates (AVT-S12), the automated intermediate storage of the cut filament hank pieces (FRM) etc.

Furthermore, the following automation devices for the assembling of the tufted toothbrush heads and the toothbrush handles are offered:

  1. Semi- or fully-automated assembling applying the mechanical “click” technique.

  2. Semi- or fully-automated assembling applying the glueing technique.

  3. Semi- or fully-automated assembling by means of the ultra-sonic fusion technique.

  4. Semi- or fully-automated transfer of the tufted toothbrush heads into the injection mould to inject the toothbrush handle on to the tufted toothbrush heads.

  5. Further automation devices upon request.

All these automation devices can only be offered if the technical details and the wished automation grade are mutually agreed between the customer and V-Air Machines GmbH. An appropriate non-disclosure agreement will be made to protect the production knowledge of the customer.
